SaaS means “Software As A Service”. Our SaaS offer allows you to use Cerberus from your web browser, without the need to build, install and operate it. Major benefits include the speed of implementation and flexibility with a pay-as-you-use subcription model.
It is not possible to access the hosts in the Starter and Business plans. In the Custom plan, if the service requires access to the hosts it is something we need to share and define together.
We avoid changing and tailoring Cerberus for specific customers. All changes and needs are integrated in the roadmap and made available in the next releases to the community. We do customize the integration if you have the Custom plan (ex: network access or LDAP interconnectivity). We can also help you integrate Cerberus through the APIs. Please contact us.
Cerberus Testing is a fully open-source solution allowing you to benefit from the test automation experiences of companies that have the same needs on this area. It allows to perform end-to-end testing that increase significantly your global coverage of use-cases and reduces the need for testing on other areas. You can implement tests that are aligned with your business and uses-cases, and at the same time that make sure your system is aligned in terms of behavior, data, components through the various integration on Web interface, smartphones, APIs, fat clients.
Our SaaS service allows you to focus on what really matters to you, implementation and securing the test automation, and not on operating the solution.
Cerberus Testing is by default bundle with English and French languages, you can test any languages in your applications (including Japanese and special languages). For the support, our team can assist you in English, French and Portuguese at your convenience.
The Free Plan relies on using free resources in a self-service fashion. You will have to set up your Cerberus instance via Docker or the Github repository.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan accepting the corresponding characteristics, terms and conditions of each one. It can takes up to 10 business days to perform the change of plan, and it will be reflected on your next monthly billing.
Cancellation of service is done on a monthly basis with a 10 days notice in advance as part of our “Terms of Services”. Please check there the details of contact and information required, we’ll then come back to you to confirm you cancellation request.
Right now bank transfer is the only accepted payment method. We will issue you an invoice will all the information required for you to perform the payment.
Yes, all companies operating in the EU countries are required by law to comply to the GDPR legislation.
Backups are done on a daily basis and kept for up to 3 months. Backups can be made available to you upon request if you cancel your subscription but wish to keep your data.
We apply regular infrastructure and application components updates at least once per month. Regarding your Cerberus testing service, we’ll inform you of the changes in advance so that you have time to perform any required actions on your test base.
We perform active and 24/7 monitoring our of systems in order to address any issue without impacting your service level. Downtime can happen for necessary upgrades of components and are subject to prior notice. We do not guarantee third-party SLAs.
